Description: Barney Financial Services is a busy financial planning office with clients across the country. We are committed to helping our clients use their God-given resources in the very best way possible. Our team has a combined total of over 60 years in the financial services industry. As our client relationship coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to help implement our financial planning process for clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service
  • Administrative tasks
  • Paperwork preparation and processing
  • Data entry


Position Start Date and Details: May 8, 2023; 40 hours/week, M-F 8am-5pm.


Requirements and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; prefer office administrative assistant experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and have a willingness & desire to learn.


Wage and Benefits: $18-$22/hour, commensurate with experience and education with potential for raises based on performance and tenure. 7 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation, 1 week paid personal leave, 1 week paid sick leave, option to participate in employer-sponsored retirement plan with matching contributions, and potential for generous bonus pay.
